I don't listen to the named groups here BUDDiiS and M!LK but I know WATWING and Noa jinaland

NOA - He debuted in 2020 and besides Japanese also released stuff in Korean. Before his debut he used to be trainee under YG (where he seems to be very upsed about since he spend 7 years and didn't debuted in Korea) and is a friend of Woong from AB6IX.

WATWING - They debuted in 2021 after being found trought a auditioning program (not a survival show) and also have released stuff in Chinese besides Japanese (Do not ask me why Japanese acts think these days they would've need to catch the Chinese market)
