Um, the last time the Order of Cultural Merit was used as a standard for arts and entertainment, 26 entertainment companies and KOMCA protested, calling it "unrealistic and unfair". Quote: "How should musicians qualify things impossible to achieve? What we're asking is for the ministry to produce standards that musicians can meet instead of sizes that can't be made."
But isn't the point of this all to be something difficult to achieve?

But isn't the point of this all to be something difficult to achieve?
It's like saying, instead of an Olympic Gold Medal, can it just be Top 10 so other olympians can meet the requirement?
