I know Starship doesn't care about her if they let it get this bad but should they atleastmake a statement so people don't worry?

Many kpop stans are concerned that things will end badly for Wonyoung's health she is already balding at 18 and has very low stamina on stage compared to her in izone.

She is not ok, anyone can tell she looks unhealthily thin. Starship really should say something or put WY on hiatus to treat her health, it's really concerning and I say this as a fan who care about her and Ive. Health always come first. I have no idea what SS is waiting, it's dangerous for her to keep promoting and working hard when she's clearly not at her best. It's sad to see.

The company isn't going to say anything.

Has the company ever issued a statement? Nope.

Closest thing I have seen to a company address it was when JYPE put Miihi on hiatus right before NiziU's debut. Do you know how far gone she probably had to be for them to do that?

I think the company will do 1 of 2 things. Either privately get Wonyoung help so she can slowly start gaining weight. Or force her on hiatus if she gets to the point she can't properly promote due to her health.

Until Wonyoung reaches that point, Starship won't address it, and if she reaches that point, all they will say is she's taking a break due to her "health".

that's her 'before' the weight loss, they put it to make a comparison to the right pic. that's her current body which looks unhealthy

this is my fave group but it's hard watch their music shows performance. my eyes just looks at wonyoung and i cant watch anymore. hope it gets better man

and what effect would that have? would it make you feel better? how would it make wonyoung feel?

i get that she's unhealthy and honestly, even i think its a bit uncomfortable to look at her, but if you guys really cared about her, you would just leave her alone. i highly doubt the way to combat eating disorders/body image issues is to constantly talk about the person's body.

One big problem with debuting at age 14 is that the Korean public expects you to keep looking 14 - forever.

I'm just really concerned with the fact that her body is constantly praised on forums, she's literally considered THE visual of the 4th gen. What beauty standards does that promote? Idols are getting thinner and thinner already, I can only imagine what that does to impressionable fans.

In Love dive era, I would like to watched all their performance and WY's fancam but currently it's so uncomfortable watching it. I even report some of her videos. I hope starship gave her some rest.
