I just finished the first season and I thought it would be nice to have a place to talk about it since a lot of people watch this drama.
So let's discuss it! Are you watching the drama? Which ep are you at? What do you think about it so far?
It is meh... I watched with bf, we stopped around 6th episode and it seems that we will never end.. xD
The idea is great imo, but the way they presented it is so bad. So much things make no sense and it isnt enough suspicious or anything. They never make me be on the edge bc it is quite predictabled or some bullshit that just makes me angry.
i liked it.....I actually finished it. Most anime live actions are really bad, but I actually enjoyed this one, glad there's going to be a season 2. Don't really understand why the characters think all of them will be able to leave as long as they have all the cards? Considering they've all been tortured, seems to me that each player has to find their own deck of cards

Honestly, it definitely something I would like but because of the dubbing it really turned me off.
One of my fave shows ever. I'm a huge fan of adrenaline/ death game genre stuff (like Battle Royale, As The Gods Will, etc: btw I'm on the hunt for more films and shows like this) so I fell in love with the concept in a heartbeat. Kento is also my fave Japanese actor. It's a very intense, thought provoking and amazingly acted piece of work!
They're staying true to the source (manga).
