Why are armys so obsessed with BP nowadays?

    There are multiple tweets from Twitter armys begging their co-fandom to stop talking about BP. Armys literally trended a BP tagline worldwide yesterday. Anons are filled with posts and threads from armys dragging BP's western popularity and setting unrealistic standards of success that even blinks have never talked about


    Now, these comments were much more justified for Ice Cream and The Album, since certain blinks on this forum were loud about MOTS:7 being BTS' decline and Ice Cream's release date put them in direct competition with Dynamite. But now, literally what is the reason? Blinks have been relatively quiet about about Yet to Chart, J-Hope's solo, and whatever that latest collab was called, especially on this forum


    It's giving one-sided obsession. I thought BTS' "hiatus" would mean armys finally leaving other KPOP groups alone, maybe touching some grass or making some friends or seeking employment but I guess not?


    BTW, I have never opened a BTS thread on this forum simply because I do not give a shit about them and do not like their new music. As a blink who is pretty inactive, I don't even know what Hardcore has been predicting about BP on main, but the fact that armys are stalking his threads and ke-keing about the stuff he says later in anons is a little sad...like his predictions being horribly wrong is a running joke amongst blinks you're not the comedians you all think you are

    Because Yet to come and J-hope solo underperformed so for some reason they are scared that the comeback of the second most popular kpop group in the world may be more successful than that

    List all the threads armys made about BP here to show the obsession, I am not sure you can find it, but u will definitely find threads made by blinks about armys and their obsession here. Who really has the obsession?

    both fandoms keeps writing essays about each other and then complain about it. blinks were always desperate for army's approval and want so bad to play in the same league, i don't get why army keeps engaging in these discussions here

    I see reading comprehension is a challenge for most armys


    I'm talking about ANONS and Twitter, not the main forum. On the main page of anons, there are easily 3 threads from first glance made by armys about BP - attacking their need for western validation, mocking Hardy's predictions, and saying something about media play (yes, because a random article with all of 8 reactions is clearly YG hard at work trying to tie BP to BTS). You do not see the same energy from blinks towards BTS on here


    Even on main, blinks are making threads about ARMYS. Aka: the fandom. Where are the threads mocking Yet to Chart's out of top 50 position on Melon? Just asking since armys can't shut up about Ice Cream's charting or BP's concert ticket sales literal years later...


    BTW, it's really obvious which threads are being shared on army Discord....the influx of users I hoped I'd never see again <X

    Are you in the army discord? and why are you so pressed about what they share and dont ? Like how obsessed are you? Blinks always talk shit about BTS on twt and anons. Where are the posts about armys talking about ice cream and sales please tag them.

    Paragraph upon paragraph of biased opinions. Put the device and the donuts down and go talk to a live person, it may do you some good.
