RE : Some girl groups can’t get hits in SK with different concept/ style while others can?

For example Twice cant get a hit without their early cute concept/ bright sound. Itzy can’t get without their teen crush sound (dalla, now sneakers)

But other girl groups such as red velvet (red flavor, psycho, feel my rhythm ) and Blackpink (d4, lsg, pwf, aiiyl) mamamoo (yes I am, hip, starry night, delcomanie) can?

What’s the difference? Some groups can be successful changing their concept while others can’t? Which category do you think newer 4th gen girl groups like newjeans, le sserafim, Ive,…
