Do you listen to musical artists/songs outside of kpop?

I wanna see sumn.

I find it kinda annoying when people assume kpop is an all consuming music taste. An accquaintance I had the displeasure of sitting next to said a girl in his class likes kpop and therefore has a trashy music taste. When I disagreed in came the your not like other girls speech. I'm very much like other girls son. Nayeon, a kpop idol is my lockscreen Einstein. Most people in my life don't mind vibing with music regardless of what genre it comes from but some edgy specimens istg.

Anyway I have not met a single kpop fan irl who listened solely to kpop. There sure are plenty of bad apples who make it their whole personality but such people exist for all genre's and are hardly riduculed. The stereotype surrounding kpop fans/boyband fans needs to die out with the dinosaurs. It's not cute.
