Fanwars only happen because fans feel threatened

Why do you think Once VS sones happened? Because Sones didn’t like having another group being called the nations girl group.

Why do you think Once VS blink happened? Because Onces felt threatened when BP started dominating in 2018.

Why do you think Army VS blink happened? Because Armys felt threatened because BP was breaking BTS’ view records despite BTS allegedly being the biggest group in the world.

Why do you think Mys VS blink happened? Because Aespa were actually a threat but now with Girls flopping so badly there’s no fanwars any more it’s just blinks mocking Mys and AESPA.

Notice how no fandoms dare fight with blinks now. Its because Bp are unrivaled.

They also happen when people are bored, mostly instigated by those who thrive on drama, conflict and spectacle.

Like in the OP. Notice how there's several (subtle? naah) unnecessary additional references to Blinks, in order to get some flamewars or fanwar going off.

Fanwars happen for many reason. Because they're bored, because they need drama, because trolls like setting groups up and are always rewarded with a fanwar, because success stans need to feel validated, I could go on.
