Good point! I was thinking of how much it reminded me of 2nd gen, but I couldn't pinpoint just what it was. I'm thinking the storytelling. Despite the setting and the obvious diversity, it's very reminiscent of those days.

One key element: The videos so far don't rely on wild, fancy effects, at least not in the same maximalist style modern K-pop videos generally have. Everything is much more subdued just like 2nd gen.
