Those pseudo-analog synths. like they sound wooshy and bloopy but are obviously made with modern synthesizers cause they're all shiny. See the bridge of "I Don't Like Your Girlfriend" by Weki Meki and Superhuman by NCT127 because I know I'm not explaining this well.

Violins. I love how it tends to give songs a more dramatic feel to it.

You may want to check out Sunmi's "Nallari" then, since it makes use of the nallari, a wind instrument also known as the taepyeongso.
