i like your art style
idk what you could fix
looks great to me
-
oh there's one thing
you can make their left ear (on the right side) more symmetrical with the right one
since the left one looks like an unattached lobe while the right one is attached
unless that's what you were going for

Would add some more details to the upper body. The shoulders continue a good bit past the colour bones so just a hint of breast muscles would make it look more balanced. Nice drawing!

Just a quick tip to check for symmetry not only the ears but the eyes as well and also the nose and lips, if those are centered, is to flip your image. If it looks symmetrical even after inverting it horizontally, then you're good.
Per the image, work on your source of light/shading a bit more. You don't have to go hardcore with it, just something to be aware of. Also, hair has volume and you don't have to draw each strand. Just trace the general hair pattern how lighting/shading affects it.
Other than that, good work though and keep at it. Talent/skill/whatever you want to call it is a muscle.

The anatomy is actually incredible, as is the facial structure. I really enjoy the semi-realism in your style.
The above comment about symmetry and hair I agree with, but it takes time to hone that skill completely
hair is one of the harder things to do with pencil for me so I don't have tips on that. I do things digitally mostly.
