It’s hard to get into itzy…

Because they always have a portion in their song where they like to shout unnecessarily. Why do jype think this is nice?

Anyways I enjoyed Chaeryoung and Lia’s parts in Sneakers but what’s up with Yuna? Her voice sounds a little bit on the annoying side (idk how to explain it well). So Midzys is there a Yuna cover song that you can recommend? Cuz I wonder if that’s maybe just how she’s told to sing in itzy’s songs like the “bratty” kind.

For example in this song, her plumpier voice fits the chorus more than the other girls , it’s like “wake up” kinda tone. I don’t think it’s that bad in the other hand I find ryujin’s tone grating

Nah, for me it is eatzy to get into Itzy because of their performance.

I'm also not a fan of Yuna's voice, but her part mostly just raps so I still can enjoy it

Tbh the whole comeback feels like a huge trolling by JYP. I can't tell if this is a sign that he's giving up on Itzy, of if all JYP girl group's music is going down the drain considering the monstrosity that nmixx debuted with. I really don't know how they went from Miss A to Twice to this....

It's easy if you just mute the video and play another song instead, i enjoy their performances.

The “you can call me weirdo” part was just so unnecessary. Lyrics like that aren’t empowering at all, they just look gimmiky.

All big3 GGs have dumb lyrics. aespa has a song that goes, "do you wanna up and down", in English. That's why idols can't be real musicians lyrically, unless they break away from that. But top idols arent known for their lyrical anyways.

Yeah I agree. They are absolutely stunning, (except one) and fantastic performers as well. The only problem is that a few of them have really jarring voices which just takes you out of the music and also unfortunately limits them to the kids bop that they put out. They should have added Lily or Haewon to the group and left the other for NMixx who have enough strong vocalists that they could lose one of them.

I think JYP has stopped trying to give Itzy good music. It's not like it matters anymore since they'll still sell well regardless.

Their fans seem to be acting like this is exactly what they wanted from Itzy, after spending nearly a month going "Oh man this bait and switch lol they really thought we'd buy it!" If Midzy's like it, cool. But this kind of music will severely limit their career as a group.

Hard to get into when their music is really bad. Only Wannabe is worth talking about

they need to stop with the edgy teen disney channel type of songs and the shouty parts are annoying af.
