I know my parents only allowed me to order well-done when I little bc they were worried the steak would have like diseases/pathogens inside if it wasn't like fully cooked

Though, hypothetically I would want medium.

i remember ordering well done filet mignons.
my parents obviously really love me.
the chefs prob died inside.
