If you don't know what lactose intolerance is, it's where you have a mutated Lactaid gene where it causes your body to not be able to digest products with lactose in it, most dairy products have lactose. Don't worry, if you do have it it's pretty common and shouldn't affect your health in any way. About 65% of the world's population is lactose intolerant and it's usually inherited from a biological parent.
If you don't know, do you experience nausea or another sickness after consuming a consumable containing lactose? For instance, whole milk, ice cream, cheeses, etc.
I am lactose intolerant and I get it from my dad. It's really mild though, I just can't have whole milk and some ice cream and cheeses. I can eat lactose ice cream and cheeses sometimes and I'm fine but I completely avoid whole milk like I can't drink it. At lunch I always get skim milk or just juice or water.
