Butter topping gallup doesn't make it a bigger hit than some of the songs released in 2021. They are ahead by a good margin on the kcharts.

is love dive a national hit?

i know love dive is super popular amongst kpop circles internationally but is it really a national hit? i know its doing well on charts but i dont really see other idols covering it/mentioning it, videos of korean gp singing it (like the videos of the kids singing love scenario), or just anything that constitutes massive popularity going on with it...

People were saying it's too soon to say it's bigger than nl. No one said it's not a national hit. Most probably the only 2022 song that is one. High uls - 500k for multiple days + great longevity
