It’s been a constant issue recently. Every time I eat something, I feel like puking it up. I notice that this happens when I think about the action of me ingesting the food I’m eating, and the fact that it’s inside my body. It’s just gross to me idk. I want to get professional help for this but I fear that people might think I’m weird or something. Also, hi. I haven’t been here in a while.
I can’t stomach certain food anymore.

I dread throwing up. I just kind of try my best to hold it down, or focus on something else until the feeling of disgust goes away. But I don’t really want to eat though. I just do because I know I have to and if I all of a sudden just stop eating my family will notice and that will open up a can of worms I’m not ready for.

Please get help. If people think you're weird, then they are wrong because they should recognize that health issues happen to anyone and that we should be supporting each other through them. But I think your health should take priority first and foremost over all that anyways...

I know how hard it is, but please reach out to a professional for help..look after your health first, be healthy and don't think abt what others might think right now..i know its easy for me to say as an outsider but its so important to look after yourself rn Also take ur time in sharing this with people if u dont feel like doing it right away..dont force youself, take it at ur own pace.
