very bland and forgettable (certainly compared with jennie & lisa)

ULs are higher last year. The uls are declining every year on melon. If she released it now her uls would be at around 300k. Also, Lisa blew all of bp solo overall. Money alone is a hut internationally. She gained 28M monthly listeners with just 2 songs while BP as a group pealed at around 29M listeners with multiple western collabs and singles

Both Rose and Nayeon had 500k preorders. First day sales don't mean anything.

And the numbers of the first day don't mean anything long-term. We'll see how Nayeon does over time.

Nayeon 6 song mini had 1 month preorder, 4 standard versions, target versions, Rosé 2 songs single album, 1 week preorder, 1 standard version, digipack I think.

Honestly people hold BP to unrealistic expectations and I've seen it with every 3rd female idol solo debut after hers. I see people saying Rosé "underperformed" everywhere on this forum with 2 songs in Melon top 24Hits top 10 but every idol (sans Lisa) who does worse than her gets a free pass. And let's not forget Rosé had 2 songs, 10 days of pre order, 2 versions and no international distribution but still managed 500K preorders and 700k sales

Rosé's solo songs were meh which is why her longevity was poor but who exactly can match her sales, international, and Korean charting out of 3rd gen girlies except for her own band mates lol

Major tv show, what? You are saying anything. Also how are you guys comparing Lisa though with the most popular member of Twice in korea who used to be on gallup list. Lisa's solo was expected by everyone to flop in sk charts because koreans aren't usually supportive of foreign kpop idols but anyways she won regardless having one of the biggest organic global hits by a kpop artist in history so it doesn't matter in the end.
