RE : Roses’s solo: Why did it underperform?

    Her solo didn't underperform when it absolutely did great on Spotify, yt and album sales. Even fine on kcharts. Most top groups don't always produce the numbers she has. Even bside has great stats.

    Only place maybe u can say she did mid was kcharts but even then how many solo attempts or even some group attempts do as well? Also gone a bside did 100M on gaon.

    Lisa’s solo has the sales and the international hit Money. Not to mention many idols have said they admired Lisa’s performance for Money.
    Jennie’s solo was a hit in Korea and cemented her it girl status.
    Jisoo’s film also made noise but for controversial reason.
    Compared to other three, Rose’s solo didn’t have any substantial impact. Why?

    Also, the increase in her popularity has been crazy since in Korea. She’s like consistently in the most searched female idols with Jennie, Taeyeon, and Wonyoung and IU. She’s bagged big CF deals over there since. A lot of new idols look up to her. If anything, she doesn’t get the proper acknowledgement of how popular she is.


    An OST would be really show people how popular she truly which is more than like 99% of the industry at this rate.
