The fact that this still happens...

The problem is no one actually seems to care about gun violence. Shootings are only a story when people can weaponize them against a group they dislike or to fit a specific political narrative. People get shot every day in America and it never makes the headlines. To put into perspective how bad gun violence is in America... These sensationalized shootings are only like 0.5 percent of the yearly gun deaths and they are the ones that get all of the media coverage.

I think there should be equal time.

No, not favoritism but just like anytime something like this happens I feel like the shooters that commit the crimes always have excuses that diminish the severity of what they did. Idk it’s just tiring
