Just to be clear: what is happening right now has 0% chance of ending that way, simply because we are still at the stage of ador seeking an injunction (the court agreeing that one party's behaviour needs to be restricted for some time) to limit NJZ's activities until the actual trial relating to the statut of the contract can happen.
And on that specific matter, for the judge to agree to ador's demands they would have to be convinced that it is actually more harmful/less profitable for NJZ to be active (with the possibility of having to cut ador back in depending on the later court stuff) than to be restricted to hell and back.
Furthermore as some other people pointed out, EVEN if the court decide than nothing rise to the level of legilimately ending the contract through its own writing, contract law doesn't enable slavery and at most it's either the dungeon until the first contract runs its course or paying a fine to end the contract early.
