(G)I-dle and even Yuqi alone are much much more popular in China. Even their album from 2023 did more number this year than what Lesserafim released. Their albums from 2022 are not that far either.

This EP is where Minnie's and Yuqi's composition shone a lot. The trio of Dahlia, Lost and Moon is just outstanding and all three are among the best songs of that year.
Then Hwaa is one of Idle's best title tracks.
Hann is very good too. What is Love is not on par with the rest but it's still good.
Overall it's my favorite recent kpop album. I love how in addition to the song's individual qualities, it is very cohesive sound wise and tells a story.

It is amazing. The producers are so talented. I love how the instrumental evolves throughout the song and how it has various different parts. The vocals are amazing too. The bridge is a highlight.

Sadly it's a flop for me.
I like the verses alright. But I can't stand the chorus. I find it so boring. Like there is really nothing interesting about it imo. It's painful to get through and it is repeated so much.
I think this is not my type of music at all (I already thought Magnetic was a flop) but it's cool for the people who enjoy this type of sound.

It's a bop. The "whi-whiplash" part (post-chorus) is crazy good imo.
I love the concept, the MV, the attitude and the main idea of the song.
Their composers and producers are really talented. BUT what made "supernova" interesting was that the instrumental was evolving throughout the song ! "Whiplash" would have been an absolute banger if the instrumental was changing throughout the song and becoming harder each chorus just like in "supernova" (or even in "savage"). It sadly is at risk of becoming quickly repetitive.
BUT I still love it and I need to say that the girls absolutely DEVORED this. Their attitude is on point, they improved so much since their debut on this aspect imo. Now they are stars. Winter with the short hair is insane (she is the one who improved the much charisma wise since their debut imo, or maybe I just did not get her before).

They must be having a terrible time. I hope they are fine.

I'm happy that Lee Haein has a successful career as the creative director after getting illegally robbed from her first place in idol school. She is the kind of person who would be successful no matter what she does.
Her creative vision, combined with the girls' charisma and energy, are what makes this group so successful despite coming from a nugu company that disbanded their previous group after just one comeback.
-
We have a few. Zico, Highlight guy, LE, Miryo, all gave their groups hits, but none on GD scale imo
I love Miryo and she's an amazing rapper but she never composed nor produced any songs for her group. She only wrote lyrics which were almost always just her rap lyrics, like many rappers in kpop groups. She doesn't have a spot on this list.

Your language is mispronouncing it then, because it was the brand name of the company that originally sold that type of horn.
Following that logic, 40% of english words are mispronounced french words (if you know about the history of the language).
Languages adopt words from other languages all the time, but say them with their own pronounciation. Once it is in the new language for long enough it becomes an integral part of it.
If you pronounce klaxon in the english way in my country, then you are pronouncing it wrongly, since it is in the dictionnary with an official pronounciation different from the english one.
-
I love it. On first listen, it's my favorite kpop song of the year so far

Klaxon is a word used in many different languages and pronounced differently in each language. In my language it is not even pronounced in any of the ways you said.

(G)I-dle's success and growth is impressive and still surprises me
