Well actually i watched a video on samples used in kpop songs that most of yg teddy songs use sample by a producer kshmr. Thats why i thought why their many songs sounds arabic or middle eastern. So their songs are not made in korea like you think because it uses many outside producers samples.

also i think some groups like b1a4 btob sf9 and onf are more popular in korea compared to int fans which have different style songs. So korea actually prefers boy groups with not so intensive style

i think these days boy groups should have songs with attractive point dance. Like you see darari; attention; pop all these songs became popular because of their point dance which gets popularity on tiktok and youtube shorts. Btbt by b.i too but some will say its not easy like point dance but still attractive. Girl group dances usually have catchy point dance choreos like russian roulette dance or twice tt.

Jyp should market them individually or it will be hard to become popular if you are not active outside your fandom. Or unless your songs become hit in korea. Even for itzy they gave very little solo activities. I hope they will appear on variety and kdramas or mc for music shows. Or collab with other artists.

i dont think cha eunwoo is less popular in int fans. He has huge no of insta followers. Just today i saw on insta his pic has 6million likes. He is hugely popular among kdrama fans because his acting career. But in kpop he is not that much known because astro is not that popular. Also i feel int fans have different beauty standards compared to korea. Even though i think cha eunwoo fits both. Also being beautiful is not enough or doyeon might be one of the most popular idols

this year there are so many upcoming girl groups who are all doing well. And i think companies are waiting a bit to debut their boy groups in 2023. Like jyp loud boy group is already formed from survival show but not debut yet. And sm new boy group is also talked about it was rumoured they would debut in 2022 but no news yet. And hybe trainee a is promoting pre debut bts style.

So next year i think all these groups will debut and a huge competition for 2023 roty for boy groups.
