But they managed to plan the entire HK performance without MHJ (apparently) which damages their case that they can't survive without MHJ
And that MHJ herself chose to leave (she was demoted but not fired) so it isn't Ador's fault that the group lost her since she was the one that left
So it they were able to plan all these, make merch etc, their reasoning of leaving that because they can't do without MHJ is ruined
NJZ being able to work without MHJ doesn't necessarily mean that their relationship of trust with the current ADOR wasn't broken. Predebut content was leaked, promotional content was leaked, very likely Hanni's visa status info was leaked. ADOR themselves may not have done any of this but by their own words, they are nothing but a subsidiary of Hybe now, their strategy for NewJeans are whatever Hybe tells them and they aren't stopping sharing sensitive information with them. They CAN take corrective action, just like MHJ was willing to take action against Hybe when issues arose but they didn't in the grace period NJZ gave them and will continue not too.
Also a manager NJZ worked with during their time carrying out already schedules for Ador got into a lot of trouble for allegedly contacting third parties on the girls behalf and is now on administrative leave. Whether he was falsely accused or it was the girls fault, it's obviously impacted the relationship of trust between the artist and the company. The girls may need to pay penalties but saying nothing irreparable happened between ADOR and the members in the past year is just silly. Only a company stan that only cares if Hybe gets a win without caring about either the artists or the staff of ADOR would celebrate such an outcome.

Ok, i just find out this girl apologize last year for saying the n-word. So, or the company and the girls are incredible stupid or are fucking racists. I can't think of any other reason for this mess.
