i reallllly hope this is one of their scary concept rock songs!!!
i didn't really like whatever concept they've been doing for the past couple hears
-
at first i didn't like it but now i love it for some reason lol.
like i think the song is pretty bland and basic but i just love it so much!! i have no idea why
ive never really listened to niziu before. after i heard chopsticks i decided that i didnt like them but maybe ill see if i like their other songs

This is an interesting point. They only had 1 great title track so far.
So do the songs matter? For example Twice is the #1 active group in the world now. Not just girl groups. Not just kpop. This is all groups in the world. Let be honest, they haven't had a great song in 4.5 years, and they only really exploded in the last 2 or so years.
yeah i guess to most songs don't matter, but for me the reason why i love kpop is the music.
i don't really get like why twice has gotten so popular recently, but yeah their songs have been pretty bad lately which is why they're no longer my number one group.
right now for me ive has the best music. baddie was pretty questionable though

I didn't like either perfect night
And i usually LOVE lsrf songs
But i don't think it's a good thing to judge just based on perfect night
Because i know hybe is treating it like a comeback song
But i wouldn't consider it as a lsrf song because it's a collab and group often do songs very different from their sound for collaboration or ads
yeah i don't wanna consider it as their cb but does this count as a cb? like i hope we don't have to wait another six months

when anti fragile came out i was really getting into them and at the time i was thinking that they just need one more really good cb to be perfect.
then they dropped unforgiven and it sucked. i was really disappointed by it but at list it was still in their own little unique upbeat style, but perfect night has done it for me.
if this is the type of music theyre gonna be releasing then im no longer interested.
i love all of the girls and watching them is literally so much fun, but they neeeed better songs!!
maybe next time

i want some kpop dubstep!!!!

wait is this really their comeback? or is this just like a little side song?
-
everyone is gonna say it sounds like newjeans

i mean overall i don't think it's a big deal or anything that she said that but i don't think it makes her look good. i mean it kinda just looks like she's acting better than other groups, which is fine whatever, but it doesn't make her seem like a good person or anything.

That stand point doesn't really make sense to me, like yes, most idols know what their "getting into" but that doesn't mean wearing revealing outfits is one of them? like most groups are coerced into doing things they don't wanna do. They are also in strict contracts, so no just putting the blame on the idols isn't a good path to take.
They do understand the "conditions" but those conditions should never include being forced to do something you don't want to do, and there's many examples of idols have to do things like that without wanting to.
Being a kpop idol is not all about being forced into things, that's not what it's about, and if you think that way then IDK what to tell you. Your making generalized statements like there's not so much evidence of idols being forced to do things they didn't know or know about before debut. Companies are literal manipulators.
and no if you want to become a kpop idol, you don't just have to put up with whatever your company says you have to do. That's why lawsuits exist.
i mean what if they don't want to sing, or dance? like yeah it's a job, so it is kinda about being forced into something. if you don't want to be made to do something, then don't sign a contract!
the majority of girl groups wear revealing outfits! if an idol does not want to, they should make sure that their contract allows them to refuse that.
the fact that there is so much evidence about idols being forced into things is what i'm talking about!! yeah it sucks, but they know what they're getting into because there is so much information about it!
the reason why there even is a contract is so they can't back out of something or demand something that the company does not want to do. if these idols don't want these things to happen then they shouldn't sign a contract that allows their company to force them into anything!

So because it's normal in the industry that makes it okay? sexualization of minors and even adult idols is wrong either way. Doesn't matter that idols "had time to look up the history" and see what they would be "wearing" (what does that even mean ) you underestimate the say idols have in what they want to wear and do.
are you lost?
i mean if it's their dream to be an idol and they spent years training then you know that they've seen what other idols wear?? Like if they don't want to wear revealing clothes then they shouldn't become idols. No one is forcing them to become an idol, it's their choice and they know exactly what comes with it.
I think it's very obvious to them that they are going to have no control over their lives if they become idols, do you really think they don't understand the conditions? Stop treating them like they have no responsibility for understanding what they're getting into.
And if you wanna talk about minors than blame the parents not the industry. Everyone knows what being a kpop idol is all about.
If they are trying to become one, chances are they wanna wear those kinds of outfits
-
it's stupid to say that they're forced to they know exactly what they are signing up for. i mean they have all of kpop history to look at they know what kind of clothes they'll be wearing
