my mum & dad just say to eat but not overdue it. my dad is trying to be healthier so to lower the risk of certain things

I wish my mum & dad had that mentality. If I mention dieting my mum will pull out the slipper doesn't help that I'm a short human being so I have to practically starve myself to lose 1kg

i idk am on diet? i don't eat much. i eat ok and don't eat bad stuff too much & eat good altho sometimes (mostly everyday) i skip my breakfast and its become a habit & for lunch i choose what looks healthiest
but taking it sfaely is what i shalll do

I probably wouldn't consider my typical diet healthy. I wasn't blessed with the internal signal to like, stop when full. Like I can literally eat like an elephant and still be hungry lol (hence I'm fat). but I'm trying to eat better ig.

I think you can get used to it!! It's best not to overexert with the injury though. Just be careful so the chances of needing surgery are not accelerated.
my gw is like 33-35kg but it's hard with controlling parents......cannot go a day in peace as my mum is trying to lecture me all the time even tho she's not a health professional
and sorry for the delay but i will post some Born Pink vids! my first concert was honestly an unforgettable experience

you shouldn't stress too much..... just develop good habits and focus on working out more (again, speaking from personal experience)
I've been on a diet recently and it feels like hell. Like I honestly don't know how to stop myself because........ it's never enough. I hope you can develop better habit than me in a reasonable and consistent manner

It definitely takes time! If you keep building up slowly then you can eventually handle workouts without much of a problem.
Also I hope everything will be fine and the injury will recover so you don't have to get surgery.... that stuff can be scary

2 weeks? that's soooo exciting just as a warning yk the week before the actual concert will probably be the longest week of your life (speaking from personal experience from the Born Pink tour ) but when the day finally comes you'll be like

im 62kg but im still growing (??) so it's not that definite but would love to get to 56kg maybe

yeah I think it was last summer (?) when I actually used to push myself and go overboard with working out and almost had a fainting spell then like I stopped overexerting myself and I honestly haven't worked out properly since then. But when I try to jump back into it I'm like
Yes, you're definitely still growing or at least developing at this age (we're 1 month apart, and doc says I have ~2 years left to grow) so we should take care of ourselves. I would honestly love to go back to my pre-quarantine weight of 35kg but like.... I don't want to stay at 147cm forever

no worries ! im good altho today i woke up and did half of it again (100 sit-ups, 10 r leg lunges & 10 left leg lunges then 20 mixed lunges & 1min of plank & side to side plank) and was like nO
but then my 7 year old ARMY brother also wanted to try it and i did THE ENTIRE SHIT from the top and so did he so i did a lot today + some leg workouts too : )
reason im doin' so is bcs i saw a meme of ARMYs after trying the BTS workout and i just was like "alright lazy-ass get your butt up and DO THE JUNGKOOK WORKOUT!"

so when I finally got the motivation it was 10 minutes after I started when I was like
anyways I've also been trying to motivate myself recently.... I've been stuck at 40kg recently because my unmotivated ass won't do anything hoping to at least reach my gw by summer
and yes I hope you can achieve your goals as well (without pushing it overboard of course)
