Both ILLIT and Le Sserafim massively underperformed on domestic charts this comeback.
People can say what they want but you can’t pretend that this scandal isn’t somewhat affecting them. It’s everywhere in Korean media like The Qoo, Nate, Instiz, Daum, Naver etc. Literally all the top posts are about this leaked document attacking other idols. There are some JYP, SM and Triple S training staff posting about it on their IG. (They quoted parts of the doc that were bashing their groups).
When even korean news outlets are reporting on it…yeah I don’t think this is your typical scandal. I fear it’s going to get worse before it gets better especially as the general assembly continue to publish different pages of said document to the public. 20,000 pages…let that sink in.

Officially top 2 on all charts now! If not for Rose & Bruno Mars releasing quite literally one of the biggest songs of the 2020’s (huge bop btw) Whiplash would be having her all-kills right now.
Regardless I consider Whiplash a certified hit. Aespa are just so consistent now it’s amazing to witness especially as they reach new peaks on other platforms like Spotify Global and Apple Music this comeback. Deserved! 🔥
