Not a horrible song, just uninspiring and not giving what they intended it to give. I’ve seen other artist execute this type of concept better. The troll yet massive bop songs. Like another poster mentioned, Doja Cat. She did songs like this for awhile but they were executed better. Honestly they could’ve turned this into a major bop if their creative team structured the song better.

My opinion on better examples of bop troll songs executed well. These were big on TikTok which I’m assuming gidle was going for.

Hopefully it’s not another Unforgiven yet a more anti-Eve-Perfect mix. Their concepts are my favorite. Apparently they’ve been filming in LA too. I’m so excited

I’ll share with descriptions of how I see each girl.

5)Yujin - A chic girls girl, down to earth beauty

9)Rei - Peachy bright and quirky, the princess

10)Hanni - Everyone’s crush, the heartbreaker

11)Sakura - The beautiful senior, I wanna be her when I grow up

12)Yunjin - A fiery siren, the free spirit

13)Hyein - Young yet mature, a balanced beauty

14)Eunchae - Mischievous beauty, will find elegance with age

15)Gaeul - A petite yet spunky beauty

16)Liz - A fallen angel

Edit, I changed Kazuha to Elegant & Healthy cus she’s honestly both.

The song is okay. They all looked gorgeous though. I just wish there was more dynamic to the song.

I don’t think she’s a joke in the U.S. You just say that because she does lower numbers compared to the other female rappers, but realistically, there’s nothing at all wrong with her. The way she raps isn’t better or worse than the others.

I predict it’ll do slightly better than an OST or a CF song, but nothing beyond that. It’s not the end of the world. Just a fun side project for IVE.

It’s subjective but it’s the main reason why she hasn’t popped off like the other female rappers. She’s a valley girl from California putting on a fake urban accent, It’s very clock-able. She’s equivalent to Iggy azalea when it comes to forced cringy raps. She’s simply not a good rapper and she’s looked at more as a meme in urban communities. She’s a better influencer than rapper, I’ll give her that.

She has bops of course but there’s a reason IVE was able to book her, she’s easily accessible unlike Cardi, Doja, Megan, Nicki. Like they couldn’t even get Ice Spice.

And “fun side project” when starship is clearly trying to break IVE into the international market. Over all, I’m looking forward to the song and hope it’s a success. Saweetie needs some new eyes on her and I know she’s not opposed to getting K-pop money as she’s seen what it’s done for Latto.

Exciting. So much happening this year.

Interesting, so LSFM are officially the second K-pop girl group invited by the organizers. First was of course, Blackpink. I wonder if HYBE felt like the girls were ready to take up this opportunity. I’m a little nervous but I trust HYBE knows how to organize a good set up for them.

Super unexpected, HYBE seems to be going full force with LSFM in 2024.

I think most people know how popular Sakura is though she has been around longer her name alone is big and there is another 4th gen female idol at #12 Wonyoung. I'm actually not surprised they both are high on the list. I agree that Lsfm's international popularity as a group is a bit underrated

As her fan, I’m speaking first hand on how she gets downplayed in Korea. People don’t look at her the way they look at Wonyoung and Karina even though she’s high on similar metrics as they are outside of Korea.

I understand she’s been around longer and has built a dedicated fanbase for herself but sometimes I really don’t realize how popular she due to no real media focus on her. She’s definitely moving under the radar.

10. LE SSERAFIM’s Sakura

Insane. The fact that shes the only 4th gen idol within the top 10.

I feel like she doesn't get media play enough due to her being Japanese.
