As someone mentioned above, Bighit is doing really well. Market cap at 8.6T compared to the 2.8T for the other 3 (they are in different investment sites, BH is kospi and the ither 3 in kisdaq).
Media news last week about the Seoul Metropolitan Govt investigating Weverse made some antis gleeful that it would cause a negative effect on the stocks. It did not. Plus news of vlive joining Weverse made stocks go higher.
I don't know why anyone would take the investigation into Weverse as something that would cause a huge negative effect in stocks. Most companies probably get hundreds of negative reviews/reports filed everyday and are also investigated for said reports, its common in businesses that sell millions of products a year.

I wish him the best with his mental health and anxiety. Hopefully the industry realizes that if it's going to survive it'll need to start protecting the mental health of their idols and give them resources to help them manage depression,anxiety, and other mental disorders.

I don't like how people view this as a west vs Asia thing, why can't you care about multiple ethical issues without downplaying one of them for sake of a gotcha argument. You can be against nazism, rising sun issues, Chinese human rights issues, Russia human rights issues, American wars in the Middle East, terrorism in the Middle East, and all the other horrible things that happen around the world at the same time. There isn't a quota on how many things you can be morally against or think is wrong, saying nazism is wrong doesn't equal saying rising sun or other human rights issues aren't just as wrong or important.

hard to say, no one really knows how strict Chinese censorship is of online concerts. YouTube is blocked but it's possible so are online concerts. China isn't too fond of Bts given all the bs they tried with them last year but kpop seems to be on a short string with China anyways. One wrong move by a group could easily get them and their concert in China blocked. YouTube being blocked was obviously unfortunate for c-blinks though sense their was no other way to watch the concert, hopefully next online concert YGE gives them another option for streaming other than youtube.

kpop fans can debate till their blue in the face on whether she knew or not, if she didn't the Korea school system needs some serious reform. Every school in every country should be aware of the atrocities that happened with the nazi movement, not just Germany but other countries involved. This is something that rocked the world and involved many countries on both sides, its global issue and history and should be treated as such. Just like other atrocities not related to nazi's should be global history, often times the horrors another country experience have happened or will happen in other countries throughout history.
So whether she knew or not she should apologize, lack of knowledge and ignorance of how your actions can hurt others does not excuse your mistakes.

Netflix literally could have just hired a kpop stylist and the outfits would have fit the original Winx club vibe a 💯 times better. Though they would still have to deal with the fact that they white washed and erased all the original poc characters in the show.

Sowon posted a photo of her hugging a mannequin dressed in a nazi uniform on social media then quickly deleted it. The mannequin according to neitizens is in a popular Café in Korean with historic decor that appears in alot of K-dramas like goblin and crash landing for you. Also talk about a nickname the group has for her which is nazi related but unclear on the details of that. People are basically outraged about the nazi stuff and want a apology from her and source music.
