I can't say I agree, I bit odd styling of her, but it's that kind of brand so I guess that what they do. But I have seen her look much better If I say so.

Well, I don't think we need to argue about if BTS is the most successful kpop group or not, I mean it pretty obvious they are. Also no secret the number of kpop fans and people "open to" kpop have increased in contries like US. But, very few outside of the kpop circle would listen to a song in korean. Sure, you could say we have two BTS, the previous kpop/korean BTS and with the two english singles a more mainstream BTS, even if it's still kpop they do and their root and base is the kpopfans.

Many BTS fans are not Kpop fans, fyi
Sorry to break your bubble but majority of armys are BTS stans not kpop stans :)
But if you are a fan of BTS you are a fan of a kpop groups so...... Okey, in Asia maybe they are a bit more "main stream" and west it depends on if the sing in English or not. If the sing in korean = mainly Kpop nerds . English = a bit more "mainstream".

Overall the boygroups "generations" are a bit earlier that the girlgroups. If you look at 2nd gen groups you had TVXQ in 2003 and groups like BigBang and Super Junior that debuted 2005-2006. If you compare to the girlgroups it was 2007 with Girl's Generation, Kara and Wonder Girls. So it's not strange if the boygroups change "generation" a bit earlier than the girlgroups.

Feels like maybe the song have more in common with some of the boygroup stuff?

It's always like that, you can't have a honest opinion that something is not so good without being jumped on. It's a kpop forum sickness.

And age group +30 have increased... so... +30 men have joined the party?

Intresting work.
Overall I think the news daily list is much better than the previous live/hourly list, it gives you a much better feeling of how a song is doing and the popularity. The best impression of how a song is doing and charting is to wait maybe a week or two after the release and look at what place it have on the list it at that point. The chart position on the release date and the day after are not that importat I would say.
But from a "marketing" point of view I can understand it maybe was easier for a less knowed artist with the old system where a release could get a bit om 15 min of fame the hour the song was released and the position on the chart could make other listen to it because of that. But I would say that effect mainly smaller groups, some established groups from the big companies would be less effected by that.
Still, I think the 24-hours chart is better, feels a bit more fair and a correct reflexion of what songs are popular and not. -

I can agree it get's a bit better after some listening, but mostly it's fun to watch the girls, not so fun without the MV.
