I think I never have read an ebook fully, only some chapters or so from books. I prefer "real" books.

I don't really understand, I mean if HYBE owns 80 % the company.. What does she think she could do? her brain must have burned out.

It's probably means there is some kind of conflict about the amount of the invoices from the construction company, not uncommon companies don't pay the bills as long as their is not an agreement about it. A lot of conflicts a bit of shady business in the construction industry also. Also funny how people on this forum always love to attack the kpop companies that creates the artist and songs they are fans of......

I don't know her, but I would say no? I mean she look good yes, but it's nothing speciall if we use the "kpop standard".

Not sure if she was kicked from T-ara because she had "problems" or if she got them after she was kicked out, but problems she have.

I think the problem is that they had their big breakthrough long after their debut, five years or so. That means the company probably are a bit hesitant to go all in to promote the group compared to if they had their breakhtrough early on their contract period. And also, the kpop scene is very crowded at the top with groups like Twice, BP being dominant and lately groups like NJ and others taking over the spot light. Groups that don't have that extra hype like NJ, BM and other groups from the bigger companies will need good songs to stay in the spotlight.
But I must say both Summer Comes and Real Love are pretty good classic Kpop songs and I would say they still are better than many other songs from the years 2022-2023 even if they are not at the same level as Dun Dun Dance.

BM I'm sure they will pretty successful if they get some good songs, if the keep bring old boring BP songs I*m not too sure. NMIXX I don't think will not go anywhere if they don't suddenly make some big hit song. They are a combination of lacking in skills (voices), a bit generic and nog good enough songs. BM lacks mostly in the songs, much easier do find a quick fix to that problem. One problem is BM still needs to be in the shadow of BP.

Sadly with AKB48 is when you acctually start to recoginze a girl they "graduate" and are gone. But I must say I have not been able to pick out any girls from the AKB48 the last couple of years.

It's the songs, they are not really GP type of songs. And yes, that matter more when it's new groups. I

"once in a lifetime concept". 2NE1?.....

Blame the fans, it's often the fans that create the hype for one or two members of the group and the companies just play along. And they just debuted, stop drawing too big conslusions so soon.

but isn't that like 99% of K-pop groups in the big 4 outside some groups like BTS,(G)-idle, 17, BB?
I forgot BB
During 2nd generation/early 3th generation you had groups like T-ara, Sistar, Apink, Kara that pretty alone stars in their companies even if Kara was from one of the bigger companies at that time.

In general it's just a bit boring that groups are liked because they are from a certain company, HYBE, SM, YG, JYP or what ever. We can all agree all groups from these companies have a huge benefit. NJ would never be this popular if they was not from HYBE/same company as BTS and the other HYBE groups can thank the success of the other groups and so on.

$3,950,000 ÷ 3,387 sqft = $1,166 per square foot, which isn't too bad, especially given the house's location in Beverly Hills and its lot size of 1.32 acres (57,499 square feet).
Still don't think it's worth the money compared what you can get in other places. But I understand if you have more money than you can spend and want to live among the elite and famous people, sure I understand it can be worth it for her if it's something she really wants.

Nice house sure, but I can't say I feel it's worth that kind of money. But if you have shit load of money I guess it does not matter
