Rereading Pandora Hearts manga because I've bought a paper version in my language. First time I read it it was a digital fan translation.

How do people look at this in your country?
On compulsory vaccination? There was some outrage at the beginning, but not as big as in some European countries, there were no protests with clashes with the police, etc. Now people started to realize that it gives results, because the number of cases in a month of semi-compulsory vaccination in my city decreased by three times. We had QR-codes in June and now they were canceled.
-
No, I don't support it. Those who want to protect themselves can easily get a vaccine. And if someone prefers to play a Russian roulette let the natural selection do its job.
We already have a compulsory vaccination for certain spheres of work in my city (the rules are not the same across the country).

Anti-vaxxers should not use their medical insurance if they become ill with something from which they are not vaccinated, they should pay from their own pocket.

I'm so sad this year's opening was underwhelming (to say the least)
Let's be honest. It was the worst ever. But I don't blame them, they have lost tons of money without the tourists.

I watch opening + ending ceremonies and rhythmic gymnastics and figure skating in winter are the only sports I'm interested in.

I have no problems with heat. I don't feel bad, just a bit more lazy than usual. No AC, just a fan and cold shower. Or I can go to my parents apartment with AC or a shopping mall which are usually well conditioned.
This summer we have abnormal heat, all the records from the very beginning of the observation were broken so eldery people really suffer because it's not a common thing to have an AC at home, the normal summer temperature in Moscow is 18-25C so we don't really need it here when the weather do not go crazy. Last month it was up to +37C. I know that in some countries it's nothing but we're not used to in Central Russia.

If my parcel did not arrive on time and the store doesn't want to refund voluntarily I contact my bank and tell them to cancel this transaction due to fraud or default. It always works.

Even if one of them is less effective than the other?

Depends on what you mean by saying 'suppress'. Vaccines do not guarantee that you will not get sick, but they greatly reduce the likelihood of a severe illness

Sleep paralysis. I see demonic creatures too and the last time I had it it was satan himself who came for my soul. I need an exorcist lol
I happily got treatment for my sleep paralysis later and there really hasn't been many bad things that I've woken up to since.
How do they treat it? What type of pills did you get? I didn't go to the doctor because I have paralysis quite rarely. But maybe I should.

Actually, Japanese health staffers have been complaining about overworking due to COVID
You can find complaining people anywhere. But Japan has only 600 cases per 100K people statistics. Compare it with covid situation in European countries. For example 15779 per 100K in Czech Republic or 10948 per 100K in Sweden.

Unlike Europeans, they are quite disciplined. Most people wear masks and do not resent. They never had really serious problems with too large number of cases per day. So I guess their government thinks that they are doing fine without it. Same for their neighbor Japan.
