Also I didn't watch the whole video but now saw the last several minutes (from 11:00). I'm a Roman Catholic (not very pious though ) so I know many Western Ukrainians with Polish background from the Moscow parishioners and I got an impression that they still have a pretty strong connection with their roots. But maybe it's only among practicing Catholics who are not 100 percent assimilated.

I know, my grandfather is from Lviv, most of them are more Polish than Ukrainian.
