I love (G)-Idle because they are selfmade. I love how daring their concepts are and I love how brave the members. They are such meme machines and yet take their job so seriously. Their songs are exceptional and I recognize that even when I don't fully enjoy a song they put out. They are just legendary!
I love NewJeans because these girls are actually changing the industry. They didn't put their heads down when it was the easiest thing to do. They are putting up the biggest fight the kpop industry has ever seen to defend their work, their image and their value as artists and creative product.
NewJeans is already legendary fo their achievements and for choosing not to sell themselves for less than thy deserve. They have an absolutly flawless discography, the girls are beautiful and talented. And they are fighting against a freaking conglomerate, CEO's are restless because of them. Men are bowing to girls anf that's the shit! NJ has marked the history and is paving the way to a fairer work environment to idols.

Maybe because Korean appreciate successful people with talent. It's a competitive country,it's must be annoying when regular people need to study, work hard and still not success,while seeing rich idols who only relied on "luck" and "privileges" with vocals ability no more than karaoke singer. Why they need to give support and their money when idols don't deserve it?
Wow. You must be going through a real hard moment. I hope you find clarity and peace. Just know this bitter, heavy, almost empty version of yourself is not the last version, you'll get better. I believe in you!

The votes are low because LSF only had a real chance to win with Perfect Night. We did question the nomination and made a fuzz online about it.
Altough it's a waste of my digitals, cause' it's clear this thread is trying hard to shade LSF, I'll keep this up. The Coachella scandal did took its toll on their korean fanbase. Koreans get sick with the idea of something from their country bringing "embarassment" home. And since the LSF absurd, groundless and disturbing hate train, part of SK fell short to support the girls.

MAMA has been an attendance award show for so long. GD came back to remind us he was whistleblowing about MAMA back in 2014, it's been 10 years and nothing has changed.
Every award show should be canceled, rearregned and trained to re-debut. Actual rules and imparcial comitees must be created with some sort of jury even. Maybe MCST could create the rules and keep it all in check. These TV broadcasters should only be allowed to broadcast the event, because there's a huge conflict of interest and it's enough reason to take MAMA and MMA down. It's all bs.

Yeah. No solid delivery. They've been delivering some pretty generic material and yes, I'll keep my eyes open. Cause' if there's a producer that has means to turn this around and hit it big is Teddy. MEOVV has been nothing but a great nugu group, nice songs, very talented members, but low-budget-like production, resulting in a generic and underwhelming sound and overall visual as a group, a product - and no, this is not about the members beauty.
You know people are able to like something and still criticize it, there's no need to be this sensitive. You gotta be able to criticize what you like as well, it's alright. MEOVV should be doing better by now.

This is the point. Part of producing a group is understanding what their product is going to be like and who will be their targeted audience.
It's been 5 months since their debut and there's no solid delivery. Their production lacks essence, lacks impact. And if that's what TBL is going for, then they are doing a great job. This is what sucks when it comes from debuting under a Big 3, the fans expect more. MEOVV could putting out more than a great nugu group.
In my defense, I really really love Toxic. But it's only their first comeback and Body isn't very impactful or original or unique. I do like MEOVV, but I understand the OP's frustration.
