Apple and iphone is a great example that they cause domination or huge chuck of the market and there's like 2 phone options in general; iphone and android. The US market doesn't swear their loyalty to any western label, much less other countries' labels.

yeah no, she absolutely leaked it herself so I wouldn't count it. My reasoning for not counting self leaks is simple; fuck oppressive companies, it's the artist's work, why shouldn't them posting it be treated the same as official release? the one who made the work posted it. It's super common to self-leak when the agency is being a POS and won't let you release anything

^Preemptive so I can banish anyone who posts this to the shadow realm. Yes I know songs that are officially finished and going to officially release get leaked, that's not what this is about. Also not talking about self leaks from the artist themselves, I hardly call that a leak lmao
I'm talking about songs that got to a short demo or rough demo phase, maybe just isolated vocals phase but never got passed that. Yes those leak all the time in the west for artists like Joji, Kelly clarkson had like 200 of them leak, Ariana grande, Lana del rey, etc.

One notorious hacker went by Music Mafia that had a crazy amount of music from years back that was scrapped. Most of these songs were saved to google drive by the artists, producers, or managers for some reason which is why they were able to get crazy deep catalogs.
I wonder how with the terrible management in a lot of kpop companies, how some scrapped songs don't leak, especially from artists who have confirmed that have scrapped music. Are they just not insane enough to save them to google drive? I don't expect the groups who throw the first 12 songs on the album to have scraps, or rookies, but surely groups that write their own stuff have them. Nayeon already confirmed they have scrapped songs. There's no way exo/bts/seventeen/twice don't have scraps that black hatters wouldn't try to make a quick bitcoin buck out of.
