To be honest, I don't know if anyone's to root for in this situation. If the reports are accurate, the Rohingya people suffered under her regime and the regime before her isn't too hot either. If anything's clear cut here, it's the common people that's getting the short end of the stick.

I am not black but based on what I heard it’s offensive since black ppl get mocked for their natural hairstyles like dreads to a point where they are even banned in some places yet when a non-black person wears them it’s suddenly seen as cool and trendy and they sometimes wear it to mock black ppl also
