Okay I wasn’t ready to really type before so lemme really get into what I’m saying with context. So on Twitter you have “base” accounts, basically accounts that talk about and only about a certain topic. Now when the base account were shading other members and someone called them out for it, the received lots of backlash, but then when another base account came with the same energy, those same people (to really gather my thoughts on this thread yes I checked, like actually the same people) were so enraged as if they weren’t just defending the same behavior. It’s not about having a bias or wanting to do more of a certain member(s). It comes down to the fact that you actually DO NOT like this idol yet you still proclaim that you are ot(all members) when it’s literally much more easier to just say you’re not
Context: A boy group member posted a picture. It coincidentally looked like a meme, and someone replies with a picture of the meme. Then you have 40 replies of people telling them to delete it, or that the idol would feel offended if they saw it.
I’m sorry but your idols are grown ass people, if they are uncomfortable with a simple meme, not to mention that it wasn’t one making fun of their psychical appearance or anything else insulting, they can 1. express their discomfort or 2. block the original poster. Kpop stans wonder why “locals” and everyone else hates them so much when it’s literally so obvious that they stand as the most annoying community to ever be on social media other than “The Boys”.

Anti-ing a group as in just not liking the group is not a problem. Now when someone is disgusting about it and the group you anti is living rent free in your head, that’s a different story. But simply not liking a group/idol ESPECIALLY when they’re problematic is not something that y’all should be looking down on others for the way you guys do

Now I understand this thread. Unlike majority who would think for example “Wolf Is Stupid” by TINT( only one I could think of rn). Concepts that are bright are what you consider cute, but I disagree because bright concepts are something that brings more diversity to kpop
