As soon as ver 2.3, rerun banners could be run in pairs. It means there would be two character banners at the same time (only when rerun characters are on). They would use the same resource (Intertwined Fates) and, more importantly, would share the same pity count.
Albedo is believed to be the next rerun character; it seems now he could be paired with Eula.
