yep seventeen's asia popularity is solid especially in the 3 main countries they promote the most in (namely south korea, japan and china)
-sk, svt has quite high level of recognition, aju nice is very well known
-japan, do i even need to explain? sold out dome tours and topping charts in japan digitally and physically
-china, whenever the china line comes out with solos, always hit first place on china music daily chart, and ofc crazy sales from bars
in SEA, ofc their touring is good, new songs do well in itunes, idk abt other countries but here in sg, its not bad, i know quite a few carats in my level in school
in the west, they tour really well, the number attendees they have is comparable to those groups who promote, supposedly 'more popular' in the west, im glad they're starting now, its not too late, the timing is just nice because they have already have a nice core fandom in asia(can be seen from the million selling albums), n its time they try something new, it'll take time but im sure they'll get there, its a huge market to enter and idk but maybe they'll get a us label soon? it'll help facilitate their promotions better
also just to emphasis again, there's absolutely no need to be supposedly 'famous' in the west to be considered successful, and im totally glad that svt has what they have today because they deserve the universe and for them to achieve more:)

ok let's arrange it, mine looked so out of format
the game where they had a forbitted word or action was really funny, seeing how the members were mostly trying to avoid it, and we have hoshi who is as fearless as a tiger, and it was so touching to see kyeom jump although he's really scared of heights and seeing the members cheer him on was so sweet also, and ofc the hongsam, counting games were super fun
like i said, this will definitely be first place if not for the fact that cheol was not in the episode, just seeing the members spilling funny tea about each other and saying dad jokes, woozi unable to control his laughter, was all so hilarious, and ofc the mukbang part, haha gosh the way they were trying to make the worst noises to the point the editing team had to replace the sound track saying 'carats shld listen to something beautiful' and played some classical piece when hoshi was like aggresively eating
3. debate night 2
i remember watching this during my break and let me tell you, i laughed till i fell off my chair and my back hurted the entire day lol, but it was so crazy, the members had so many ridiculous points that were so ridiculous it became a bit rational lol and jeonghan-dino bickering was so funny. also the part where hoshi got gyu's wallet was crazy too
kwon hoshi, that's it, he's crazy, the way he was aggresively trying to expose gyu and got so excited over it was so funny, and also moon junhui, who'll expect that he'll find the money, as expected, he kept a straight face, and the members were so funny also, the part where seokmin was a 65 liner was true and he made an old person's sound and cheol was like 65 liners arent that old, i went crazy at that part too
5. delivery food fighter
i love eating to begin with so guess who was really happy when they made a episode abt food? yours truly ofc. the puns were crazy and the food they ate actually looked awesome and it was just really natural, it really showed off svt's natural variety skills, that you don't need to diss/be physical to make a simple episode funny and entertaining
all gose episodes were good, never once i didnt laugh. it's finally back and i can wait to laugh even more

i'm chinese and tbh it doesnt matter lol, as long as i get the dumpling into my mouth it really doesnt matter, but if i go to a dumpling shop usually i'll just use chopsticks because like some dumplings like xiaolongbao have soup(?) inside and will spill out if i use fork, and the restautant i go for dumplings is chinese so they give chopsticks there(yes im talking abt dintaifung lol it has the best xiaolongbao in the world)

sighh i swear this same shit is brought up every year or smt, its not the first time anyway, are they so bored to jump on what svt did like 5 years ago? srsly pann hates svt so much i hate it there, apparently they've never heard any of svt's encore stages, which especially the more recent mcountdown encores, left and right and home run were 100% live (and ofc my fav is dwc because vocals 5260%)

on a side note, on the recent american promotions videos, gyu's face literally looks halved?? he lost so much weight, must have had a hard time with this whole incident. in pledis's statement he said that it was a trying time for him too, i wonder how hurt he was for this to actually come out of his mouth, i just hope everything goes well for him as well as seventeen in the future:)

on a side note, all this american promotions, wow, this is so....hard to believe, i wonder if they have a us label already?? n hopefully with a proper distributor they can do even better in the us
n also we're getting a new perf like almost every week and im not complaining btw, back to being the spoiled carat again lol, i missed this so much, the members were spamming weverse yesterday and i was having so much fun, ahh all these good times again, im just so glad everything is working out, back to normal for them

i love it so much, this solo hoshi is so different from seventeen's hoshi, i really never knew he had this so strong side of him(i mean i knew he was super cool in svt) and i'm glad he could show this through his solo work, the song is obv so good, it's so hoshi, his voice is so amazing and i'm really impressed
