i was just reading the pann post, and let me tell you the comments are ridiculous, saying stuff like 'ukw actually no one is interested in svt blah blah' and like i saw this comment under this post like 'when things blow up, suddenly everyone knows the members like experts' lol but overall it's really negative and everyone's just finding reasons to hate on gyu, also bringing their fandom fights into gyu's issue which is so ??? the post i just saw already has abt 500 comments and like 40k views, and i honestly felt so upset reading the comments, i hope gyu nor the members ever read it, bc it's crazy and filled with so much hate. i feel so bad for gyu like wth it's art, who are they to even put boundaries on art, and the thing is, gyu never posted this, it was the boss of the cafe that he went to draw(i cant rmb if it was to draw/frame/process or what, i think the post has been deleted) who posted it, from the bullying accusations to this, gosh, poor gyu, what has he even done to deserve this...

i like it, for seventeen, the way the members post and bicker there is cute and them replying to fan's post is really adorable too, (i once got replied and i love it even more)
other than that, can interact with other fans there, idk abt other artist but at least in seventeen's once, the fan community is not toxic and really just posting about the members, abt voting, streaming and etc, i really like it there

i feel that svt would comeback in probably july ?? their jap single is late april and probably a few months then their korean comeback, then maybe another korean comeback at year end (and i think probably hoshi is gna have his solo??he was talking abt it last year abt some solo stuff, but idk if it's this year or not)
(all pure speculations, other than their jap single nothing is confirmed)

but the fact is that gyu's reputation is hurt so much because of this and 'misunderstanding' thing is so ridiculous, what a lame excuse, they basically lied about gyu, apologising tbh doesn't change things back to how it was, the damage is already done....sigh smh i just hoped people will think 10 times before posting such a severe accusation which could potentially have ended someone's else's career esp if it's not even accurate

im just glad everything's over, any apology shldn't go to anyone(not the fans, not the gp nor the company) but mingyu himself, it must have been hard on him for the past 1 month, i was so happy to see his cute smile in the tiktok video. i hope all good things only happen to svt in the future:)
i could've never imagined myself saying this but good job to pledis, their legal team and all their staff, for putting in so much time and effort into this case and for not just giving a half-baked statement but a complete, clear statement with multiple follow ups, ik now gyu's reputation is already hurt but it's good that it's repairing bit by bit. (i kinda wished they'll sue but like they probably have their reasons) it's probably one of the things pledis did so nicely ever, (stares at pledis), i hope they deal with future stuff with this standard

i kinda miss it lol, i used to go onto the old allkpop everyday just to read stuff, without an account, but i ended up making an account after some time, even though i still didnt say much but i liked to read the threads esp abt svt(i could just search 'seventeen forum' on google n the svt tag will appear and i would just need to click n svt threads would appear but this new forum doesnt have it, and i have to log in to read stuff here, its just different. now i come like once in 3 days just to see what people are talking abt but i personally felt that the old forum was more fun,
