Fans need to see a real world outside of their own bubble, in this case business world. The math is mathing actually, they know Bts will enlist which might lead them to a long ass discussion whether to continue the contract or not. They might already find another artist but drop them at the very last minute for whatever reasons and decided to just extend their contract with Bts.
As someone who work in corporate world, kpop stans are funny as they always thought things can be done and discussed in a short period of time esp with company as big as coway.

shuhua's 'i wanna with you' also made me uncomfortable, like how hard it is to put a 'be' in the sentence. its like they didnt even care if about the lyrics as long as it fits the melody

their overall role is to showcase fearlessness, and eunchae is more than capable to appear fresh AND fearless just like her unnies. liz is cute as well but she understood the assignment in contributing to IVE's visual coherence by showcasing her elegance, even if her innate personality is her bubbly persona.
i dont mind her cute vibe, i actually liked it a lot. however i do think that she should stick to their fearless independent concept and showcased her bubbly personality aside from their photoshoots. i dont mean she should try hard to appear badass though. im sure she could pull it off effortlessly, its just her styling that restricts her from appearing fresh + fearless, instead she appear fresh + child + cute, which is not the usual lesserafim standard
also i dont understand how sticking to the concept could lead to sexualisation. source music is doing excellent job in not exposing her skin because she is still a minor, and i think thats responsible of them to do so.

They literally have a runway at the airbase or something in I AM
IVE basically just only started their high class catwalk in their 4th releases, while 2/3 of lesserafim's releases showcased their model runway concept
lesserafim showcased the hydra during antifragile release, thats why i assume they are still sticking to their runway concept even though they deviated a bit from it by showcasing horror + wild west concept in unforgiven
i dont think they are dropping it anytime soon tho
i agree she kinda doesnt fit the overall vibe of the group but she's also adding visual interest
and they arent even doing high class model concept anymre
they only dropped their model concept for one comeback, i dont think they are dropping it altogether. also i agree she contributed to their visual diversity, but i also think that she should adjust her visual to better fit the group in a coherent way. she can appear cute when lesserafim do cute concepts, and she should appear fearless in their current concept.

indisputable leader is a solid move to showcase leadership, and majority of kpop groups appoint 1 leader to keep things smooth. of course everyone will have the chance to provide ideas, but leader is responsible in ensuring that their voices are heard and all satisfaction is fulfilled. no leader seems like a healthy thing, but at one point someone gotta make a move to keep things smooth.
i dont think rotational leader is relevant in groups with large age gaps. not everyone is caliber enough to lead, and even though not many groups have this system, i do believe that it can be messy at times
seventeen is the perfect example for number 3. they have solid subunits to keep things in check, plus 1 ultimate leader to finalise everything. i really like seventeen's system and i think they have the best chemistry among the members.
