I know on an emotional level the tendency is to show empathy to the alleged victims, but on a greater good level for the society as a whole it'd always be "innocent until guilty." We might not be able to help but feel or assume a certain way internally and it's fine but to convict someone there should evidence beyond reasonable doubt.
