  • Black Mamba is the debut digital single by South Korean girl group asepa. It was released on November 17, 2020 by SM Entertainment.

    On October 26, SM Entertainment announced the debut of a new girl group. The members, group name, and concept were revealed shortly after. On November 2, it was announced they would debut with the single "Black Mamba".

    "Black Mamba" debuted at number 117 on the Gaon Digital Chart and peaked at number 49 three weeks later. It debuted at number 5 on Billboard's World Digital Song Chart.


    "Black Mamba" was included in several year end lists including Buzzfeed's 35 Songs That Helped Define K-Pop in 2020 (#34), Dazed's 40 Best K-Pop Songs of 2020 (#33), and Paper's 40 Best K-Pop Songs of 2020 (#40).


    "Black Mamba" picked up a music show win on Inkigayo on January 17, 2021.
