IVE don't feel like a popular group.

    BTS feels different though. BTS feels like a group that can do something impressive and make it big. IVE just seems like a normal pop girl group that are doing well but i don't see their potentials for challenging something bigger.

    this is a weird af pov when wonyoung trends every other day and they have multiple members going viral every other week (leeseo, liz, etc)

    That's literally what I said. I DO REALISE they're popular. Their music/concept just doesn't feel like something a 4th gen girl group on their level would release.

    that's because the only interesting members in this group is wonyoung, the other girls are cute but nothing special. Their overall stage presence is average.

    I must disagree.

    The only Starship ggs before IVE had good peaks on melon, Sistar doesnt need any explanation, they were total digimons with a record that only Twice managed to achieve (and didnt surpass), while WJSN has a song that peaks every end of year on charts (As You Wish). So this gg would have good chance to chart, especially with a good song like Eleven and Love Dive.

    All Starship groups (WJSN, Monsta X and Cravity) sell above 100k, even WJSN subunits with 4 members sold around that, so this gg would probably do well on physicals too even without WY/YJ.
