Well in korea it's Woonyeong and Internationally it's Sakura but we won't until Lesserafim make their debut

Wonyoung. Sakura has Japan but that's about it. In China Sakura's fanbase might be richer but going by the actual numbers of followers she is just barely above Wonyoung. The difference really isn't that significant.

Meanwhile, Wonyoung has Korea and from Instagram followers more international fans. Sakura seems to have a strong core fanbase but when it comes to being known and being popular among casual fans and the general public Wonyoung takes the lead.
