Are onces and blinks here actually friendly

or is it just a facade. i thought these two fandoms always fought and still fight in other kpop related spaces

It's not as bad as it used to be on this site because it stopped being a competition from 2020 onwards as BP blew up further internationally whilst maintaining popularity in South Korea whereas Twice couldn't keep up in either. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out.

Their common enemy now is the 4th gen GG who have already surpassed them

One of the biggest fanwars of the past years on AKP were between Blinks and Once. That changed after BP convincingly, undeniably surpassed TWICE a year or 2 ago. There was little to fight about when the gap becomes that big.

The long period of inactivity of BP plus the departure and mass banning of many Blinks last year helped even more to put an end to the long Once-Blinks fanwar. There are hardly any active Blinks left to fight, or fight against, and they're definitely only a fraction compared with the amount of active Once on site.

But we'll see when Blackpink gets back, how active and large Blinks as a fandom will be again.

This is the real reason. Twice can't compare to BP anymore so no more fanwars. It's now each of them vs 4th gen groups.
