A few reasons

They're popular and from SM so everyone expects then to have some singing ability. If they don't show it then questions are raised.

In over a year the number of actual live performances can be counted on 1 hand. That is extremely low.

In the big events like awards or gayo where your expect some live performance because it's a special occasion they still lip sync.

pretty sure bts sings live and some groups you mentioned at least they don't lip sync all the time, not all companies force their idols to lipsync it's depend on the circumstances . As for blackpink they only lipsynched a few times very early in the career but they usually sing live, you might argue that they sing to a loud backing track but still live regardless. Some might single out Aespa too much cause their fans are always coming for other idol vocals like there is a thread on reddit dragging lily's vocals and be treated as an inferior singer to Ningning.
