For reference, this song was made in 2019 and was scheduled for the end of the year but then there was that big YG controversy about prostitution and PSY was questioned by the police. Of course, he did nothing but it was a bad time to release the song. Then COVID happend so it's probably why he didn't release it in 2020. In 2021, he probably planned to release it but then just decided to include it in his next album in 2022.
