The songs are slower than K-pop and it is quite boring indeed which is for several years I've mostly been listening to kpop. But there are still some songs that are okay in the west. Edamame is a really interesting song for instance. And nugu artists like slayyyter Grimes ionna lee and foxes are releasing stuff I enjoy.i also like oh my god by Adele and that pepas song

You need to listen to less-known artists on the come-up. Most of the mainstream music these days just isn't good.
