Do Asian music companies prefer to hire people who have Asian origins rather than people who are 100% white or 100% black ?

Well, that depends on what they are being hiring for.

If we're talking about the idols themselves, majority are Asian but in terms of music producing, you can see western folks doing that kind of work.
