Why both 'Twenty Five Twenty One' and 'Business Proposal' last episodes were so weak?

Is there even any drama whose last ep was good? Bcoz I can't seem to remember it

It's really hard to end a drama in a spectacular way. Tbf, most dramas fall off as they progress

The last episode for business proposal was so bad. It was going downhill anyway but literally so many unnecessary scenes in the last episode
